I love a good cookbook!  I’ll spend hours looking through them.  And thankfully there are tons of amazing vegan cookbooks out there to find all kinds of delicious plant-based recipes.

These are a few of my favorites.  You should check them out!

Mayim’s Vegan Table: More than 100 Great-Tasting and Healthy Recipes from My Family to Yours

This book is probably my favorite.  It has tons of healthy AND delicious recipes for the whole family.  The book is co-authored by Mayim Bialik from Beaches, Blossom & The Big Bang Theory.  She’s raised her kids as vegans so she has a bunch of experience trying to get kids to eat a plant-based diet.  Try the Butternut Squash Soup and the Creamed Corn Bread.  No joke, THE best cornbread I’ve ever eaten!  Even my picky husband likes it (did I say that?)!

Thug Kitchen: The Official Cookbook: Eat Like You Give a F*ck

This book is f-ing awesome!  The creators of this cookbook decided to have tons of fun with the swears.  It’s hilarious! Try the Roasted Beer-and-Lime Cauliflower Tacos with Cilantro Coleslaw!

Thug Kitchen 101: Fast as F*ck

If you love the original Thug Kitchen, you’ll love the f*ck outta this one!  HAHA!  I’ve made quite a few recipes from this book and they’ve all been delicious. Try the Southwest Pasta Salad. Yum!

The Help Yourself Cookbook for Kids: 60 Easy Plant-Based Recipes Kids Can Make to Stay Healthy and Save the Earth

This cookbook is just too cute.  My little one is still too young for this but I wanted to check it out.  Illustrations are adorable and it has great descriptions for everything from how to chop stuff up to measurements and what things like blue-green algae are.  Pretty cool!

Vegan Lunch Box: 130 Amazing, Animal-Free Lunches Kids and Grown-Ups Will Love!

I am obsessed with bento box lunches.  I have the one on the cover of this cookbook and I use it all the time. Even comes with a fork and spoon.  One of the recipes that the little one loves is the Pasta & Beans.

Here are a few that are best sellers on Amazon.  I haven’t tried them yet but they’re on my wishlist.  I’ll update this post once I try them out.

Minimalist Baker’s Everyday Cooking: 101 Entirely Plant-based, Mostly Gluten-Free, Easy and Delicious Recipes

The Minimalist Baker is so awesome!  Check out her blog.  Try her recipe for easy macaroons. My toddler and I ate a ton of them…so good!

The Oh She Glows Cookbook: Over 100 Vegan Recipes to Glow from the Inside Out

This cookbook is extremely highly rated on Amazon.  This baby got 4.8 out of 5 stars from almost 1700 raters.
